We send the box out every quarter. You are immediately charged on the date you sign up. If the ship date for the current season has not passed you will receive that box. If it has passed, your first box will be the next seasonal shipment.
The next charge you will see if you sign up quarterly, will be exactly 3 months from the day you signed up. If you signed up for the annual subscription, you will be charged for your next year's subscription exactly one year from the day you signed up for the same price, to cover your next year's subscription.
